Frank is a seasoned transportation industry leader, with over 30 years’ experience in planning and managing complex transportation systems. He has planned or managed many of the most complex transportation programs, including the largest trade shows and special events, hurricane evacuations, and international sporting events, as well as a number of fixed route and transit operations.
He formed TMS in 1995 to provide outsourced transportation management for trade shows and conventions, and his first contract was to supply shuttle transportation for Comdex ’95, with over 200,000 attendees. In subsequent years, TMS handled transportation program planning and operations on such events as the Olympic Games, Asian Games, major U.S. sporting events and numerous conventions, including the National Association of Broadcasters Techshow, NAHB’s International Builders Show, and SEMA, as well as other top trade shows and conventions. TMS expanded to include emergency evacuation support for the Federal Emergency Management Administration and state governments.
Frank is a world-renowned expert in transportation planning and operational management. He understands the complexities of designing traffic management and transportation plans, and effectively works with bus operators and staff to deliver successful transportation programs. He is a strong advocate for utilizing technology to enhance the planning and management process for event organizers and attendees and is a leader in designing and deploying technology solutions that enrich the process.
Frank continues to lead TMS and foster its growth as a company, and he remains actively involved in its daily operations.
