Despite the ongoing challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic that the events industry has faced, we are proud that our team continued to work together to provide first-in-class event transportation and parking solutions for our clients. While a turbulent time, it also presented some opportunities for us to continue to deliver on our mission. To do this more effectively, we expanded our team:
Joe Esparraguera joins the executive team as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Esparraguera has an extensive background in building best-in-class organizations by transforming processes and procedures in various departments. Esparraguera will not only lead the accounting department but also be a key member of the management team responsible for all facets of finance and accounting, including helping us to implement our growth strategy.
Erin Salman joins us as the Human Resources Manager. Salman brings over 13 years of human resources experience to our team. She was recently employed with HVAC Concepts in Frederick handling all aspects of their human resources department. Salman brings a wealth of knowledge in the human resources arena, so we are excited for her to work with Kelly Hass to manage the HR department.
Christopher Pena joins TMS full-time as an Account Coordinator. Pena has been working in the Frederick office in the CDO for several months now on various projects including Hurricane IDA and NTA. He will work in coordination with Account Managers and Operations Managers to assist in planning and operating events under Craig Williams’ direction.
As we continue to deliver on our mission, we are excited to see how Esparraguera, Williams, Salman, and Pena can chart their path forward at TMS, and deliver best-in-class event transportation for our clients.
As of February 1st, Robert Rugg returned to TMS as an Account Manager. Robert, as many of you are aware, brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to TMS. He is extremely knowledgeable about our customers and how we operate, as well as having a penchant for creating relationships and being really operationally strong. We’re thrilled to have him back on board, assisting us in our efforts to expand throughout Texas and beyond.
Kim Gaspero will be joining the team as Procurement Manager starting April 1st. Kim has direct industry experience booking transportation services for the past 18+ years. Her vast experience and knowledge will provide a seamless transition to the procurement team
In addition, we are very excited to announce Jay McBride is joining the team as VP, of Operations. Jay is eager to rejoin the team and has missed being a part of the TMS Family.
TMS is proud to announce and onboard the additions to our growing family.
