The health and safety of our clients, partners and employees is our primary concern when providing transportation services. Our executive team is closely monitoring reports from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and additional government agencies to ensure that we are staying up to date on the evolving health and safety risks of COVID-19.
As you learn more about COVID-19 and assess your individual situation, we understand that your responsibility to your event attendees is at the forefront of all your decisions and that cancellations and postponements will increase in the days ahead. As such, we will endeavor to work with you on your requirements as the situation changes.
In response to COVID-19, TMS has enhanced health and safety protocols, using CDC guidelines, and implemented the following to promote the health and safety of our clients, vendors and employees:
- Administered updated training materials to our vendors that underscores the CDC guidelines for controlling the spread of COVID-19.
- Increased communication with the American Bus Association and United Motorcoach Association to gain insights into the latest industry updates and recommendations.
- Executed new standards for shuttles cleanliness and disinfection through cooperation with our vendors
