International Builders Show 2025
The Challenge
In February 2025, TMS faced the intricate challenge of managing transportation logistics for the International Builders Show, hosted by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB). The primary tasks included procuring and managing shuttle services for attendees between nearly 20 hotel properties and the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), and effectively managing traffic flow amid ongoing construction.

Innovative Traffic Management
Developed a traffic plan for the Central/North Hall areas undergoing construction. Implemented a Sawtooth Bus Hub in the Silver Lot at Central and converted a regular two-lane road into a one-way flow system, significantly enhancing the efficiency of bus movements.
Enhanced Shuttle Efficiency
The new traffic design allowed for faster round-trip shuttle times, improving the speed of load-outs during peak egress times and significantly reducing wait times for attendees.
