The Challenge
In February 2025, TMS was tasked with managing complex shuttle services and load zone operations for the Cognizant Classic in the Palm Beaches, organized by PGA Tour. The event required seamless coordination of transportation for spectators, volunteers, and vendors over seven days, including overnight services.

Enhanced Guest Communication
Implemented effective communication strategies at parking lots, informing guests about their specific bus routes and lot designations (by name/color), which significantly eased the return process and enhanced guest experience.
Flexible Service Adjustments
Demonstrated exceptional adaptability by making on-the-fly adjustments to extend services or reroute overnight operations, accommodating last-minute changes while optimizing costs and resources for the client.
