The Challenge
The 2024 International Builders' Show (IBS) and the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show, organized by the National Association of Homebuilders, required comprehensive shuttle management to facilitate transportation between various Las Vegas hotels and the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC). The scope included handling numerous attendee groups, including charter groups, home tour shuttles, hotel shuttles, and transport for the closing ceremony party.
The Process
To address these transportation needs, TMS developed and implemented a series of strategic measures:
