2021 Presidential Inauguration

The Challenge

TMS provided urgent ground transportation services for National Guard service members assisting in the Task Force Independence held on January 20, 2021 and post-presidential transition security. Within 24-hours of initial contact, TMS provided over 200 DOT compliant buses and dozens of ground support team members to transport service members assisting in the ceremony.

Responsive Proposal

The plan was conceived and execution began within 24 hours.

Urgent Transportation

TMS provided 275 DOT compliant vehicles, 68 bus operators, and obtained resources from 14 states and Washington, D.C. In total, completing over 2,500 trips in 16 days.

Regulatory Compliance

A complete proposal for each element of the planning ensured the TMS team would be fully compliant with all regulatory requirements.

The Conclusion

TMS detailed technical evaluations provided the National Guard with confidence for a successful execution of the plan and overall project. A complete and responsive proposal for each element of the planning proved the TMS team would meet all project parameters and be fully compliant with all regulatory requirements.
